  2. Hotel Amenities: Only In offbeat locations star category hotels may not be available, and
  3. luxurious amenities like 24x7 running electricity, hot water, and Wi-Fi might be limited or
  4. unavailable.
  5. Room Categories: Packages are based on base category rooms, regardless of the hotel
  6. category chosen. Room upgrades are payable directly at the hotel. For large groups, identical
  7. facilities may not be available between rooms, and it's expected that customers adjust to
  8. these conditions.
  9. Special Requests: Special requests such as early check-in, specific views, smoking/nonsmoking preferences, room floors, bed types, and adjoining/interconnecting rooms are
